What Will Your Eulogy Say About You?
Просмотров 2,2 тыс.10 лет назад
Your eulogy will never sound like a resume. With cameos by will.i.am, Kristen Bell, Jon Bon Jovi, Scarlett Johansson, Olivia Munn, and Ellen Burstyn. Even for those who die with amazing Wikipedia entries or LinkedIn profiles, our eulogies will focus on what we did when we weren't achieving and succeeding. It's time to change how we will be remembered. It's time to Thrive. My new book, Thrive: T...

many years i worked 7 days a week 12 hours per day (roughly). what i ended up with was a very small amount of memory of my daughter growing up. the other thing that i got from it was lag bolts behind my right knee cap, a t-plate in my left wrist with 13 screws, and a heart attack. i had many more but these were my worst. all work related from exhaustion. my marriage suffered also but we are still together. But there is not many good times to look back on. where i worked our workforce was reduced and more work was added. for years our employees were forced to work 60 to 80 hours per week with no days of rest. we had so many injuries that they started punishing us for having an accident. there were many divorces and a lot of neglected children that we saw later having problems in school and in life. i am sure kraft heinz made huge profits but at a cost of humans and their families. also a special thanks to warren buffit (anti american).

My new #Thrive video: I had my personal wakeup call on April 6, 2007, when I found myself on the floor in a pool of blood. I had collapsed from exhaustion, breaking my cheekbone and cutting my eye. I was working eighteen-hour days to build The Huffington Post, while being a mom to my two teenage daughters. What this wake-up call taught me was that even though I was considered successful by our society's conventional measures of success, I was not living a successful life by any sane definition of success. Something had to radically change in my life. And so, I've written #Thrive to share my personal journey and further the conversation on our collective need to redefine success so we can #thrive, not just succeed. My new book #Thrive is available now. bitly.com/Arianna_THRIVE

Thank you for your message and your vision. I hope both women and men will hear it. I personally think it's time to hand the reins of world power to women for a few centuries - it's men who have created this false perception of success and the exclusion of women from power that has brought the world to its current place.

Be actively jinvolved with work Como claims by representing small companies. I enjoyed HR much more than accounting . I was tested by a psychologist on, where my work interests were plus my I.Q. of 148 even after a horrible car accident. I have the ability to use to use both sides of brain effectively. I thought I was an introvert all 20 someone years of 34 years in Oil and Gas. I'm an extrovert. Ha! I would beg that I would be inter comes that I had a business call. So funny!

Curiously, the one thing which by definition it will say [about me, hypothetically, as the question poses], is that I'm dead. BUT, it will most likely not be expressed at all within whatever actual words might be spoken, by whomever. The peculiarity is that the Eulogy will be (if anything) what will be spoken about my life, after i'm dead, that wasn't said for it while living, before i died. It goes without saying, that it will not mention that i did die, or how, naturally, but mean that i did, necessarily.

No eulogy for me personally...thanks. I've already told my people to throw my body in the ocean when my flesh gives out. That's enough eulogy for me. That I am returned to whence I came from, so to speak. That way no one can mourn me year after year. Let my eulogy be the proper behavior of my friends, to each other, themselves, their children and this planet. I'd rather have my friends throw a big party and remember my life, my work and my love for them. Let the others have all the accolades, not something high on my list:). Too much "pomp and circumstance" already in the world and the resulting overblown egos...I'm more concerned with the legacy of a race and I'm not ready to write that eulogy...yet:).
